Missed Classes
Our group lessons are structured sequentially to ensure proper skill development. Because staff and lane space are secured for the full session, we cannot accommodate makeup dates, account credits, or refunds for individual student absences or personal schedule conflicts.
Fees
First two children/class: $80 each for pool members & $95 each for non-members.
Third child (or more)/class: $70 each for pool members & $85 each for non-members.
The discount is cumulative for each FAMILY during the summer.
Inclement Weather
Always expect to show up for class, regardless of weather. Lessons will not be cancelled.
In case of unsafe swimming conditions due to weather, we will hold interactive Safety Days in our party room. If the weather improves during the lesson time, the class will be taken into the water.
Because our Safety Days are an essential and valuable part of our program curriculum, we DO NOT offer refunds, credits, or makeup days for weather-adjusted classes.
Session Withdrawls
If a family needs to drop an entire multi-week session early, a full refund (minus $10 administrative fee) will only be granted if the request is submitted at least 7 days before the very first day of the session.
